The Hong Kong men's 4 X 100 metres medley relay swimming team shattered an eight-year-old national record at the Asian Championships yesterday.
Mark Kwok Kin-ming, Alex Fong Lik-sun, Tam Chi-kin and Fu Wing clocked three minutes and 55.00 seconds to finish sixth, slicing one second off the previous mark set at the Barcelona Olympics. Kowk finished sixth in the 200m individual medley in 2:08:70.
